The Components discussed have been condensed into guidelines for daily living. These guidelines shall be expressed in the form of the following eight Axioms of Intrapersonal Happiness:
Axiom 1:
Today I will be Happy and enjoy life, for that is how it should be.
Axiom 2:
Today I will love more, making a concerted effort to be friendlier and to initiate communication.
Axiom 3:
Today I will weed out negativism - intrapersonally and interpersonally - communicating only positive thoughts vital to Happiness.
Axiom 4:
Today I will relax, and work to develop patience, equanimity, and a sense of humor in all situations.
Axiom 5:
Today I will be more aware of - and enjoy - the communication around me.
Axiom 6:
Today I will feel and act as the person I imagine myself to be - Happy.
Axiom 7:
Today I will have faith in my abilities, establishing goals and reaching them - while - maintaining a sense of humor. I will stay energized.
Axiom 8:
Today I will trust in the Lord and know with that power in my life, I will be Happy.
