THE IHT AFFIRMATION BOOK!”

     The IHT Affirmation Book is the latest in the writings of the Intrapersonal Happiness Theory. This volume is a corollary to the “How To Be” book and contains 3,000 positive affirmations to be used in conjunction with the IHT. Interestingly, these affirmations began to come to the author during his morning 4-hour meditations. As each affirmation came, he would work with it and by experience access if it had merit and therefore should be included within an IHT text. So in essence these affirmations are in the sequential order that they came to the author during a ten-year period of working on his own Happiness while in meditation. The point being, they are quite special and it is truly a blessing to be sharing these powerful word vibrations with the wise people who are in the process of becoming Happier.
