The Morning Axiom Procedure
As alluded to earlier, the IHT begins with you creating the state of Happiness at the start of your day. The method utilized is the Morning Axiom Procedure or MAP. Briefly, this strategy has you first attentively read through the 8 Axioms committing that being Happy is the #1 goal of this day. Following reading through the Axioms, go back and concentrate on #6. Once it is internalized, close your eyes and imagine yourself going through the upcoming day always being Happy. After you have visualized yourself being Happy throughout the entire day, open your eyes and again read through the Axioms. This final commitment is to remind you to utilize the wisdom within the IHT to help you achieve your goal of Happiness. Then go out and do your best to make what you have visualized a reality - virtually a self-fulfilling prophecy.
